SQE Outsourcing Service 1.Supplier evaluation and audit (second-party audit); 2.Assist suppliers in APQP project development; support suppliers in project development; help suppliers solve abnormal problems encountered during project development; 3.Improvement and specialized guidance for supplier quality capability after mass production; 4.Temporary containment and sorting of abnormal issues at suppliers; 5.Improvement of supplier systematic management capability: sort out the respective business processes of production, quality, supply chain (including procurement and logistics), equipment, human resources, finance, sales, R&D and other departments, as well as the collaboration and interface links among these departments, establish or optimize the most streamlined and efficient control methods and tools suitable for enterprise operation, so as to reduce communication costs, improve communication efficiency, decrease internal and external complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction; 6.Lean planning: conduct lean planning for the enterprise management system to provide a foundation and guarantee for enterprises to achieve intelligent manufacturing; especially with rich practical experience in manufacturing and logistics planning; 7.Supplier capability enhancement: assist enterprises in sorting out and integrating various supplier resources, and particularly align the systematic management capabilities of strategic cooperation suppliers with the enterprise’s growth (applicable to all services ① to ⑤ above). 8.The above items ① to ⑥ include project coaching and relevant training services (such as basic requirements of OEMs, project development, quality requirements, etc.). 9.Consulting, guidance and capability improvement for automotive electronics and software: ASPICE, CMMI, ISO26262, as well as full-process development quality management for automotive hardware and software. |
