Over 15 years of experience in the automotive component manufacturing industry. Served as Deputy General Manager of Operations, Quality Director, Project & Technical Manager, Quality System Manager, as well as Quality & Technical Consultant and Professional Trainer at well-known OEM Tier 1 enterprises.
Specialized in providing practical on-site implementation solutions to enhance enterprises’ quality system capabilities, cope with various customer audits, and provide audit guidance for suppliers on behalf of OEMs.

Have an in-depth understanding and hands-on operational experience in quality management for the automotive industry and parts manufacturing.
